南京审计大学国际联合审计学院招聘公告 

南京审计大学国际联合审计学院因发展需要，面向海内外公开招 聘教师，现将有关事项公告如下：

 一、工作原则 

（一）坚持按岗招聘、分类管理原则。根据学校事业发展需要， 在核准的岗位总量内，按照专业技术岗的具体岗位职责和任职条件， 择优聘用、分类管理，优先引进教师岗位高层次人才。

（三）坚持科学设置、规范操作。严格按照学校公开招聘工作人 员的有关规定规范操作，力保招聘工作的科学性、公正性、专业化和 公信度。

二、资格条件 

（一）遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律。 

（二）热爱高等教育事业，遵纪守法，品行端正，团结友好，廉 洁奉公。

（三）身心健康，体检标准参照《国家公务员录用体检通用标准 （试行）》及江苏省教师资格认定体检要求。

 （四）年龄要求：博士研究生年龄不超过 40 周岁（即 1980 年 1 月 1 日以后出生），具有副高级专业技术职务的年龄不超过 45 周岁 （即 1975 年 1 月 1 日之后出生），具有正高级专业技术职务年龄不超 过 50 周岁（即 1970 年 1 月 1 日以后出生）。

 三、招聘岗位、

人数及应聘岗位要求 

（一）金融工程（金融审计方向）：

1 人 要求：  金融、会计等相关专业；

 能为本科生讲授全英文的金融及金融审计类专业课程，如：公 司金融（Corporate Finance）、金融风险管理（Financial Risk Management）等；

  具有良好的英语表达与沟通能力，具有比较丰富的教学经验， 教学效果优良； 

 具有独立开展科学研究的能力和良好的学术道德，有较高质量 的科研成果，并在 2021 年 8 月前获得博士学位。 

（二）审计学（内部审计方向）：1 人 要求：

  审计、会计等工商管理相关专业；

  能为本科生讲授全英文的审计专业课程，如：内部控制 （Internal Control）、内部审计（Internal Audit）等；

  具有良好的英语表达与沟通能力，具有比较丰富的教学经验， 教学效果优良；

  具有独立开展科学研究的能力和良好的学术道德，有较高质量 的科研成果，并在 2021 年 8 月前获得博士学位。

 （三）信息系统与信息管理（大数据审计方向）：

1 人 要求：  信息系统与信息管理、计算机科学、人工智能等相关专业；

  能为本科生讲授全英文的计算机审计类专业课程，如：信息系 统审计（Information System Audit）、大数据审计（Big Data Audit）等；

  具有良好的英语表达与沟通能力，具有比较丰富的教学经验， 教学效果优良；

  具有独立开展科学研究的能力和良好的学术道德，有较高质量 的科研成果，并在 2021 年 8 月前获得博士学位。 

（四）工程管理（工程审计方向）：1 人 要求：

  土木工程、建筑管理、项目管理等相关专业；

 能为本科生讲授全英文的工程审计类专业课程，如：土木工程 建 设 （ Civil Engineering Construction ） 、 建 设 项 目 管 理 （Construction Project Management）等；

  具有良好的英语表达与沟通能力，具有比较丰富的教学经验， 教学效果优良；

  具有独立开展科学研究的能力和良好的学术道德，有较高质量 的科研成果，并在 2021 年 8 月前获得博士学位。

 四、工资待遇 

年薪 40 万元人民币，具体根据应聘人员资格条件而定，并提供 10 万元人民币的科研启动经费，以及校内住宿等。

 学校将通过邮件或电话等方式通知应聘人员参加考核的时间和地 点。考核方式为面试、试讲等。应聘人员须按照规定的时间和地点参 加考核，否则按放弃处理。 应聘人员弄虚作假的，一经查实，即取消应聘资格。
